Delivery of Goods

Where delivery of stove, cooker or other large items to commercial or residential address is not arranged via courier or direct from manufacturer and does not form part of an installation project, we reserve the right to charge delivery at a rate of £0.55p + VAT per mile plus a standard hourly rate of delivery at £25.00 per hour + VAT.

Delivery of products is classed as a service and as such will be quoted and administrated in accordance with company practice for purchasing of other products and services. Ie – a quote will be issued by The Stove Barn Ltd and will need to be accepted in writing by the customer. On acceptance of the quote, the Stove Barn will confirm acceptance of order and arrange for delivery on a mutually convenient date and time.

Delivery charges MUST be paid for in advance of drop off.

Delivery is kerb-side only, unless prior agreed with The Stove Barn Ltd and stated in the quote supplied.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy on products brought, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All products which are ordered specifically at the request of a customer but are not considered a stocked item for The Stove Barn Ltd will be subject to a 25% restocking charge.

Bespoke items are not covered by this returns policy. See refer to terms and conditions relating to the purchase of bespoke products. Made to measure products are non returnable.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your products and installation services upon completion and notify our installers of any outstanding issues, alternatively you can contact us no later than 5 days after installation is complete to notify us of any defects. Contact us by email, outlining the issues and provide photographs if possible of the defective or piece of work that does not meet the expected standard, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify.
